We Began by specializing in complete renovation of historic bungalows and around neighbors around uptown Charlotte and surrounding areas. Many of the homes were 100+ years old structures that required complete renovation to modernize the homes while paying attention to maintaining of the historic details.

We have also focused on new construction infill lots in urban neighborhoods. Our home plans include cost effective construction with attention to details to give this a custom finish. However, we can use multiple resources to supply the cabinets including suppliers as specified by the client. Primarily, we use Armstrong Cabinets.  We have also used well know and cost effective brands such as IKEA. We also partner with Quality Custom Wood Works for stylish, well-built cabinetry.

Popular options for kitchen countertops include granite, laminate, quartz, and even unique options like concrete stained tops. We have experience and knowledge to execute any of these options.

FIBER CEMENT SIDING

We have successfully implemented a number of projects applying Fiber Cement Siding. Numerous advantages of Fiber Cement Siding are leading most of our customers to request this product. One of the main advantages includes the fact that this long-lasting material that is relatively rot proof due to being made of cement. It also comes with a 25 to 50 manufacturer’s warranty in most cases however, this depends on the materials brand. Another advantage is the real wood look that it provides. We also provide heating and air conditioning (HVAC) service for residential sized units. Our rates and fees are affordable and plainly stated. We charge a flat trip charge of $95 to come to your residence, identify the problem, and give a written quote for how much it will cost to address the issue.

Contact us to schedule a service visit and give a brief description of the repairs that are needed. To request a service visit we require that this fee of $95 would be paid prior to our arrival. This fee will also be used to reserve your Service Date.
